Arnold Castro is the founder of Driven Intelligence and an AI, data, and technology leader who helps organizations move from experimentation to execution. His work focuses on identifying where AI creates measurable value, redesigning the processes around it, and building practical systems that teams can actually adopt.
Arnold brings more than 25 years of experience across manufacturing, oil and gas, finance, aerospace, and enterprise software. As Chief Data & Technology Officer at MFG Analytic, he led the development of AI-powered applications, data platforms, and analytics strategies for organizations around the world.
His expertise spans AI adoption, agentic workflows, data strategy, executive advisory, and technology transformation. He also teaches artificial intelligence at Texas A&M University's Mays Business School, bringing the same practical, business-first lens he uses with clients into the classroom.
