AI Adoption Lead

Role Overview

This role bridges strategy, training, workflow design, and hands-on AI implementation. You will work with leaders and teams to identify where AI can improve daily work, then guide adoption through practical playbooks, demos, experiments, and change management.

What You Will Do

• -Lead AI discovery sessions and workshops with business teams and executives.
• -Map workflows and identify practical AI use cases with measurable operational value.
• -Create adoption plans, training materials, prompt libraries, and team-specific playbooks.
• -Partner with technical builders to turn high-value use cases into demos, prototypes, and production-ready workflows.
• -Coach teams through AI adoption, including governance, responsible use, and behavior change.

What We Are Looking For

• -Experience leading AI, analytics, transformation, enablement, training, or change-management initiatives.
• -Strong working knowledge of generative AI tools, prompting patterns, and business workflow automation.
• -Ability to communicate clearly with both executives and hands-on operators.
• -Comfort facilitating workshops, synthesizing ambiguity, and turning ideas into practical next steps.
• -Strong judgment around responsible AI use, data sensitivity, and organizational risk.

Nice To Have

• -Experience in consulting, corporate training, product management, or digital transformation.
• -Hands-on experience building AI demos, agents, automations, or lightweight prototypes.
• -Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, CRM, ERP, or common enterprise workflow tools.
