Junior AI/ML Engineer

Role Overview

This role is for an early-career AI/ML engineer who wants to build useful systems, not just notebooks. You will help prototype and implement LLM-powered workflows, retrieval systems, evaluations, and model integrations for real business problems.

What You Will Do

• -Build AI application prototypes using Python, LLM APIs, retrieval systems, and workflow tools.
• -Support data preparation, embedding workflows, prompt design, and evaluation runs.
• -Help turn proof-of-concept AI workflows into reliable applications and internal tools.
• -Collaborate with data engineers, adoption leads, and business stakeholders to clarify requirements.
• -Document model behavior, limitations, test results, and implementation decisions.

What We Are Looking For

• -Hands-on Python experience and a basic understanding of machine learning concepts.
• -Exposure to LLMs, embeddings, retrieval-augmented generation, or AI application development.
• -Ability to test, evaluate, and improve outputs instead of treating model responses as magic.
• -Familiarity with APIs, Git, and modern software development workflows.
• -Curiosity, humility, and a strong desire to build practical AI systems for business users.

Nice To Have

• -Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI APIs, vector databases, or similar tools.
• -Coursework or projects in NLP, ML engineering, data science, or applied AI.
• -Basic knowledge of deployment, monitoring, or MLOps practices.
